Senior Quality Engineer

Key Responsibilities
* Lead site-wide quality assurance and quality system compliance to AS9100 / ISO9001.
* Assist with managing internal and external audits (customer / certification body) and drive continuous improvement actions.
* Lead root cause investigations (8D / 5 Why / Fishbone) and implement corrective and preventive actions.
* Manage supplier quality issues and non-conformances.
* Deputise for the Quality Manager when required across audits reporting change management and NPI reviews.
Key Requirements
* HNC or higher in Engineering Quality or a related technical field.
* Proven Quality Engineering experience in aerospace.
* Proven experience of working to AS9100 and ISO9001 standards.
* Knowledge of quality tools and methodologies (SPC PPAP APQP FMEA 8D).
* Strong communication stakeholder management and problem-solving skills with ability to influence and drive improvement.
Job location: Leicester. Permanent Full-time. 40-hour week typically 8:30am – 5:00pm.
