Shift Pattern: 1 Week ON/OFF Our client presents with Acquired Brain Injury(ABI). Carers are required to assist with: Key Responsibilities: Provide high-quality care to our client who has has complex care needs Be proactive with managing the clients needs Ability to communicate clearly & effectively through verbal & written means. Strong interpersonal skills, along with empathy Maintain clear and accurate care observation records General personal care Meds management) Light household duties Requirements: DBS National insurance number Right to work in UK Previous experience is essential Health and social care relevant training Must be able to drive and have access to their own car to commute to and from the service.
