Legal Secretary - Banchory
Location: 75 High Street, Banchory, Scotland, United Kingdom.

Responsibilities
* Provide secretarial support to solicitors.
* Prepare and process legal documentation and forms, using databases where applicable.
* Undertake audio and copy typing.
* Diary management.
* Communicate with clients and third parties.
* Document management and filing.
* Cash work and production of accounts and fees.
* Carry out general administration and reception duties, and assist other Property Administrators with property enquiries, booking valuations, property “take‑on’s” and viewings, as well as any other ad hoc duty as required.
Qualifications & Experience
* Computer literate and proficient in MS Office.
* Strong organisational, administrative and above average typing skills.
* Exceptional client relation and communication skills.
* A good local knowledge and strong work ethic.
* Ability to function well under pressure and prioritise workload accordingly.
* A positive “can do” attitude.
Desirable
* An HND in Legal Services or equivalent.
* Previous experience as a Legal Secretary.
