Exciting opportunity to work for a leading FM Service Provider situated in Bristol. CBW is currently recruiting for a General Maintenance Engineer to cover two healthcare buildings. The successful candidate will have an all-around understanding of most fabric duties and a proven track record in commercial building maintenance and experienceworkingwithin a healthcare environment. Working within a team on-site, he or she will need to carry out fabric PPM and reactive maintenance.
Hours of work/Salary
* £20 p/h
* Monday - Friday
* 8am - 5pm
* Starting ASAP
* Covering 2 buildings.
Key duties & Responsibilities
* Painting & Decorating
* Changing locks
* Basic Plumbing duties
* Basic Electrical duties
* Bulb changes
* General Building maintenance
Requirements
1. A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
2. DBS Clearance
3. Good communication skills
4. UK Drivers license ( will be required to travel to each location )
5. Health & Safety experience
6. Basic PC literacy, (Microsoft Word, Excel...
