Responsibilities

* Maintain frequent communication with both current and new customers (warm lead calls).

Requirements
* GCSEs in Maths & English (favoured but not essential).
* Outstanding communication skills and an excellent telephone manner.
* Professionalism; maintain honesty in all aspects of your role.
* Take the initiative to explore fresh ideas and contribute to improving business performance.
* Proficient understanding of computers.
* A hands-on, adaptable work style.
