The Role We'reseeking a highly organised, proactive Event Manager to become the heartbeat of our busy London events venue. This hands-on role is central to delivering seamless events from initial enquiry through to final guest departure. Key Responsibilities: Manage client relationships from booking through to live event delivery Act as the primary point of contact for clients, suppliers and internal teams Coordinate suppliers, caterers, production teams and venue staff Oversee event logistics, timelines, turnarounds and order-of-the-day planning Be a calm, professional presence on event days, solving issues proactively Support bar operations, guest experience and venue flow Set up and support photographic shoots and creative clients Maintain accurate systems, schedules and communications Collaborate with the wider venue group to share best practice The Ideal Candidate You'rean organised, personable Event Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment.
