Quantum Care is a not for profit company providing high quality care services for over 2000 older people in Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire and Essex. We need the right people to join us and provide the best possible care to our residents, offering support, maintaining dignity and assisting them to enjoy every day living in our Homes.
An opportunity has arisen at our Head Office for a Receptionist Administrator to join the Facilities team.
As a Receptionist Administrator you will:
* Ensure that all visitors and telephone enquiries are dealt with in an efficient, professional, courteous and effective manner
* Handle deliveries effectively ensuring goods are taken by addressee and are not left in the reception area
* To help ensure that headquarters' franking machine, fax and photocopy equipment are fully operational and when necessary arrange for repairs and maintenance visits
* To ensure names, telephone numbers and address information lists are kept up to date for both for Silver Court and the Homes
* To process, prepare and bag outgoing mail on a daily basis for collection by the postman
* To complete authorisation paperwork for appropriate invoices and pass to manager for authorisation.
