Finance Manager / Client Portfolio Lead (Outsourced FD Services)
South Wales (Hybrid – 1 day in office)

We’re hiring a commercially‑minded accountant to take ownership of a portfolio of growing businesses – acting as a key finance partner to clients, not just preparing accounts.
This is not a traditional practice role. You’ll work closely with directors, providing real insight, shaping decisions, and helping clients scale.
The role
You’ll manage your own portfolio of clients across a range of sectors, building strong relationships and acting as a trusted advisor.
Your work will include:
* Management accounts, forecasting and cashflow planning
* Supporting strategic decision‑making alongside directors
* Identifying opportunities to add value beyond the numbers
* Involvement in projects and wider advisory work
