We are seeking a dynamic, creative and results-oriented Junior Digital Marketing Executive to become a key part of our team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on digital marketing, content creation, and data analysis. You will be responsible for crafting engaging content across various digital platforms and elevating brand visibility to help generate new business opportunities. The ideal candidate would benefit from having experience with photography, videography and editing, to enhance marketing campaigns however, this is not essential.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop, manage, and execute digital marketing campaigns across our websites, social media, and email.
* Create compelling content, including blog posts, social media updates, email newsletters, and promotional materials.
* Capture and produce high-quality photos and videos showcasing our projects and products for use across digital platforms.
* Analyse marketing performance using analytics tools and provide data-driven insights to optimise campaigns.
* Improve website SEO to enhance organic search visibility and drive traffic.
* Collaborate with team members to assist with 3D design projects to aid the sales process.
* Stay up to date with digital marketing trends and best practices to ensure innovative and effective campaigns.
* Manage and grow the company’s social media presence across multiple channels.
* Assist in paid advertising campaigns, including Google Ads and social media ads.
Required Skills & Experience:
* Proven experience in digital marketing, content creation, or a related role.
* Strong writing and editing skills for content creation.
* Full UK driver’s license.
* Proficiency in photography and videography, including editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, or similar). Must be happy to use own camera, lighting and microphone equipment. Not essential but desired.
* Ability to travel to different site locations for shoots and events.
* Understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
* Familiarity with digital marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media insights, etc.).
* Basic knowledge of 3D design software (such as Enscape, SketchUp, or similar) is a plus.
* Strong communication and organizational skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
