Your Role:
As a Support Practitioner, you will:
* Provide both practical and emotional support to individuals with complex needs.
* Assist with personal care plans, medication management, and health monitoring.
* Promote independence by encouraging clients to engage with their communities.
* Uphold our commitment to safeguarding and promoting welfare.
Who We're Looking For:
* Compassionate, empathetic, and driven to make a difference.
* Experience in challenging behaviours or trauma-informed care is advantageous.
* NVQ Level 3 or higher in Health and Social Care (or willingness to attain it with our support).
* A positive attitude and a genuine passion for empowering others.
