About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and commercially minded Digital Marketing Manager to lead the planning and execution of integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns. This role will focus on digital performance, demand generation, and optimising the customer journey, while also managing CRM/marketing automation and paid media activity with agency partners.
You'll collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver seamless digital experiences across all platforms, leveraging analytics, AI, and marketing technology to ensure campaigns deliver strong ROI.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the development and delivery of integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, print, in-person activations).
* Manage all digital marketing activity across email, CRM/automation, paid social, paid search, SEO, and display.
* Oversee agency relationships for SEO and paid search, ensuring performance optimisation and ROI.
* Plan and monitor paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn.
* Define and optimise customer journeys through CRM and digital platforms, including A/B testing and personalisation.
* Collaborate with the wider marketing team to ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels.
* Analyse performance data using tools such as GA4 and CRM dashboards, producing actionable insights and reports.
* Keep up to date with digital trends, AI applications, and competitor activity to keep campaigns innovative and effective.
About You
* 7+ years' experience in marketing with a strong focus on digital campaign execution and performance.
* Proven experience managing multi-channel campaigns and agency partnerships.
* Skilled in Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4, CRM platforms, marketing automation, and CMS tools.
* Strong analytical mindset with demonstrable reporting and optimisation skills.
* Organised, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Commercially aware, with a strong understanding of how marketing drives revenue and customer engagement.
* Experience within the aesthetics, beauty, or related industries is desirable.
