Come and join our OFSTED OUTSTANDING, nationally award-winning Early Years Department We are searching for a creative, energetic, confident, passionate and experienced Early Years specialist at Performatots Pre-School
We are an independent pre-school for ages 2-5 years, part of Northern Performance Academy in Harrogate. We deliver an arts-inspired curriculum that champions participation in the expressive and performing arts from a young age and builds imagination, confidence and creativity in our pupils.
Many of our team have a background in arts or performance, as well as a passion for arts education and the extraordinary power they hold to improve outcomes and develop life skills and self-confidence in children. However, this role is to lead, inspire and model best practice within the early years and manage the operational day to day of a room of little inquiring minds Don't look at the 'arts' focus and be scared - get excited This is a superb opportunity to learn more about the impact of our creative learning approach and all of that can be taught to anyone- we would much rather meet a passionate, positive and hard-working practitioner for this management role, and train that person in the skills and approaches we use. This is a great professional development opportunity to work in a truly unique setting that champions creativity for all.
There is minimal paperwork, as a company we VALUE your practical work and you will feel like you really are contributing and making a real difference to children and families.
