The Lifeways Group is looking for Full Time, Part Time, and Bank positions as a Support Worker for adults with Learning Disabilities in Doncaster.
The rate for this position is £11.44.

As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for and involved in the everyday life of the individuals we support, ensuring their full involvement in receiving support.
The team that works within our services is friendly and happy, as are the people we support. Everyone is excited to meet the new Support Worker who will be assisting them.
The team in Doncaster works closely with the individuals we support to be an integral part of the community and achieve goals set with input from them, encouraging active participation in their care.
The team is always open to trying new ways of supporting the individuals we assist and strives to work on their independence skills, reduce physical intervention requirements, and promote self-efficacy and overall well-being.

7. You will be required to work some weekends and bank holidays; we do try to be flexible and plan our rotas in advance to accommodate your commitments.
