We are looking for an experienced General Manager to lead our restaurant team and deliver an outstanding guest experience.

Qualifications
* Experience leading in a restaurant or similar fast‑paced, guest‑focused environment
* Personable with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
* Passionate about hospitality and top‑tier service
* Strong communication skills
* Organised and able to prioritise tasks
* Proactive problem‑solver who is hands‑on and ready for challenges
* Can remain cool, calm and focused in a busy setting
* Flexible availability, including weekends, late nights and bank holidays
