We are seeking an accomplished
Quantity Surveyor
to join a leading construction organisation based in Bermuda. This is a rare opportunity to take on a high-impact role in a stunning island location while contributing to major projects of significant scale and complexity.
About the Role
The successful candidate will initially be dedicated full-time to a
$25m+ Commercial project
, providing full commercial oversight from procurement through delivery. Following this assignment, you will support a diverse pipeline of upcoming works across various sectors.
This is a contractors-QS position requiring a commercially astute professional who can work independently, represent the organisation with confidence, and drive value throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Full cost management of major capital projects ($25m+)
Procurement strategy, tendering, contract administration and commercial reporting
Risk, value, and change management
Liaising with contractors, consultants, and stakeholders at all levels
Ensuring programme, cost, and quality objectives are met
Supporting wider commercial functions across future projects
Candidate Profile
We are looking for someone who can demonstrate:
Minimum 5 years’ experience
in quantity surveying or cost management
Proven track record delivering projects of
$25m+ value
RICS qualification
(or equivalent)
Strong professional capability
International, island, or Caribbean project experience
preferred
Ability to relocate to Bermuda on a
single-status basis
Adaptability, independence, and strong communication skills
