Roles and Responsibilities:
* Build and maintain strong client relationships and internal networks to address client needs.
* Lead delivery of outsourced tax reporting and compliance engagements with technical excellence.
* Drive efficiency in compliance processes, improve controls, and leverage technology.
* Advise clients on tax legislation implications and respond to technical queries.
* Provide solutions to complex problems.
* Interact confidently with senior stakeholders and team members.
* Identify additional client needs and liaise with specialists.
* Lead business development, contract negotiations, and agreements.
* Support clients with group/statutory tax reporting, including global contracts under US GAAP and IFRS.
* Coach and support team members.
* Follow KPMG best practices and policies.
* Maintain a positive attitude and demonstrate resilience and networking skills.
Qualifications and Skills:
* Qualified by experience or ATT/CTA/ACA or equivalent qualifications; tax reporting/accounting skills are desirable.
* Deep knowledge of UK corporate tax legislation and compliance for large, complex groups.
* Excellent communication skills, adaptable to various audiences.
* Strong attention to detail and client service focus.
* Leadership, enthusiasm, and positive attitude under pressure.
