Job Description
I am currently partnering with a long standing and reputable client who is currently experiencing a period of significant growth and is seeking a Field Sales Representative to support their markets in the UK and EU. This role is ideal for someone with a proven background in sales, preferably within a manufacturing environment. As a Field Sales Representative, you will guide prospective clients through the entire sales journey, from lead generation to conversion into long-term business partners.
Day-to-day of the role:
* Utilise sales techniques such as visits, cold calling, and presentations to convert prospects into successful customers.
* Research and forecast sales trends, develop effective sales strategies, and evaluate their success.
* Regularly visit customers to assess their needs and preferences.
* Strive to meet individual and team sales targets.
* Monitor competitors, their products, and marketing strategies.
* Represent the organisation during customer meetings and presentations.
* Maintain customer accounts and keep detailed records of sales activities.
* Provide management with feedback and reports based on collected financial data.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* At least 2 years of proven history in a Sales / Field Sales role.
* Must be a driver with access to your own car.
* Proven interaction with social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube.
* Must be prepared to travel within the UK and EU.
* Preference for candidates who speak a prevalent European language, such as French or German.
