We are seeking a senior business development and sales professional for the UK&I team to engage with public sector rail clients, drive stakeholder engagement, and secure new business opportunities in the rail and public sectors. The role requires close collaboration with senior management and a deep understanding of these markets.
Responsibilities
* Lead growth initiatives and generate new business opportunities.
* Develop and convert prospect databases into pipelines that drive growth and profitability.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop high-quality proposals.
* Influence customer needs and partner decisions.
* Build and maintain strategic client relationships for long-term growth.
* Gather market intelligence to inform product development and marketing strategies.
* Maintain awareness of competitors and market trends.

Essential Skills
