About the Role
We are seeking an experienced JML Solution Architect to design and implement a robust solution for managing employee access rights throughout the Joiner, Mover, and Leaver (JML) lifecycle. This role is critical in ensuring secure, efficient, and compliant access management across the organization. The solution will integrate multiple data sources, automate workflows, and provide actionable insights to support decision-making and stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities
* Design and architect solutions for JML processes within Identity & Access Management (IAM).
* Integrate HR systems (e.g., Workday, ServiceNow HRSD) with access management workflows.
* Develop scalable, secure, and automated solutions for managing user access.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
* Lead technical teams during implementation, providing guidance and resolving challenges.
* Create and manage dashboards and reporting tools for monitoring and insights.
* Provide training and support to users to ensure adoption of the solution.
* Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and regulatory standards.
Required Skills & Experience
* Strong expertise in JML processes and HRSD.
* Hands-on experience with ServiceNow and/or Workday integrations.
* Familiarity with AI technologies and workflow automation.
* Proven experience as a Solution Architect designing enterprise-level systems.
* Experience creating dashboards and data visualizations.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management abilities.
Desirable Skills & Experience
* Experience leading technical teams.
* Experience with monitoring and analysis tools.
* Previous work in identity, access, or security-focused architecture.
