The BoTree Club is redefining membership by blending fitness, wellness, connection and culture within a world‑class hotel setting.
We are seeking a highly creative Head of Programming to shape and lead our class schedule and experiences calendar for members and hotel guests. Youll be a visible presence in the Club, welcoming members and ensuring every touchpoint reflects our Conscious Luxury ethos.
Working closely with the Director of Wellness, you will :
* Lead the class programming calendar, including all activities in the infrared studio
* Work with instructors and personal trainers to build a balanced, inspiring timetable
* Own the events and experiences calendar across wellness, movement, lifestyle and learning
* Build partnerships with premium brands, specialists and facilitators
* Host and deliver events with a warm, confident and engaging presence
* Manage RSVPs, waitlists, attendance and digital visibility through the Clubs CRM
* Collaborate with Membership, Wellness, F&B and Marketing for seamless delivery
* Monitor engagement data and feedback to continually refine programming
* Ensure every experience meets The BoTrees service, operational and brand standards
