Associate Surveyor
£35,000 - £37,500 per annum (depending on experience)
Monday Friday, office hours (37.5 hours per week with a 30 minute daily unpaid lunch)
Hybrid working with their office in Corby (minimum of 1 office day required per week). During the first 2-3 months of training, this role would need to be fully office based.

Match Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of their client based in Corby. Youll be joining a strong brand with three decades of experience within the industry. Due to the nature of the role, travel during working hours will be required. Occasional overnight stays may also be required and will be company expensed.

What your day to day will look like within the role of Associate Surveyor:
Deliver a professional service to clients, colleagues and stakeholders. Confidently answer queries around inspections, valuations and the overall process while ensuring all communication is accurate and authorised.
Plan and carry out on-site property and land inspections independently, recording measurements and observations, taking photographs and producing detailed post-inspection reports and digital site plans.
Undertake preliminary and full valuations, including injurious affection assessments, using relevant comparable evidence and market data.
Take ownership of cases within our clients Case Management System, maintaining accurate records and ensuring work progresses efficiently while keeping clients and colleagues relevantly updated.
Contribute to quality assurance by reviewing colleagues work where required and providing technical support or guidance to trainee surveyors and team members.
Manage workload effectively while working collaboratively with the wider team, ensuring all work is carried out in line with RICS standards, regulatory requirements, and company procedures.
