We are hiring for our client, a leading construction and civil engineering contractor, to recruit an experienced Contracts Manager for their growing Building Department. This is an excellent opportunity for a Contracts Manager to join a well-established business delivering residential, commercial, educational and infrastructure projects across Northern Ireland and Ireland.
The successful Contracts Manager will play a key role in managing projects from pre-construction through to completion, ensuring quality delivery, programme adherence and strong client relationships.

The Role
* Manage residential and commercial construction projects from start to finish
* Ensure compliance with health & safety, environmental and legal standards
* Oversee project programmes, quality assurance and contract administrationLead site teams, subcontractors and stakeholder relationships
* Monitor budgets, project costs and financial performance
* Support design management and technical coordination on D&B projects
* Drive continuous improvement and maintain IMS procedures
The Person
* 10+ years ’ relevant construction experience with a related qualification
* Experience with JCT, NEC, PWC contracts and PCSA stages
* Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills
* Strong IT skills including MS Office and MS Project
* Full driving licence and relevant industry certifications
