Step into a hands-on Electronics Engineering role where you'll lead a team while shaping everything from production and quality to NPI and design - all within a close-knit, low-turnover environment that genuinely values its people.
Roles/Responsibilities
Provide technical support across manufacturing, helping resolve complex electronic issues and improve overall performance
Take ownership of how products are built, tested, and validated, identifying opportunities to improve processes and reliability
Work closely with different teams to support new products being introduced into a manufacturing environment
Contribute to ongoing improvements across processes, quality, and efficiency
Support, guide and mentor for electronics engineers
What We're Looking For
Experience in electronics, test, or manufacturing engineering roles within an electronics production environment
Strong hands-on approach, with the ability to fault find and solve technical problems
Comfortable working across teams and contributing to product and process improvements
Either existing leadership experience or the ambition to step into a leadership role
