The Role:
On behalf of our client, we are seeking a People Partner on a 6 month contract to start ASAP. This role is to deliver both transactional and transformational HR / people partnership across key business areas. Reporting to the Group Head of People, this role covers People processes and policies, the full employee lifecycle, employee relations and annual projects, with a strong focus on aligning People strategy with overall business goals.
Responsibilities will include
Deliver transactional and transformational people partnership to key business areas.
Manage People processes, policies, and the full employee lifecycle.
Handle employee relations, immigration, and annual People projects.
Support engagement, career development, wellbeing, and retention activities.
Develop line managers and provide coaching and guidance.
Manage Home Office compliance and visa management requirements.
Support the People agenda across Professional Services, Training, Client Support, and Workplace Experience.
Collaborate with the Group Head of People on department-specific projects.
Improve the use and optimisation of the HR information system.
Work with the Talent Acquisition Partner on recruitment activities.
The Person:

Extensive experience as a People Partner / HR Advisor is required
Good knowledge of employment legislation and excellent ER experience
IT literate with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and continuously evolving environment.
High level of integrity, discretion, and respect for confidentiality.
The Salary
£40- £50,000 per year (this is a 6 month contract)
The Hours
Full-time, 37.5 hours per week.
The Location
Bristol (with car parking) 1 day in the office required
