* Maintain a consistent presence at the Bradford scheme and conduct monthly visits to nearby properties and the Nottingham scheme.
* Build strong relationships with customers and care providers to identify risks and promote safe, inclusive communities.
* Act as the safeguarding lead for your patch, responding to concerns and escalating appropriately.
* Investigate and address tenancy breaches, supporting vulnerable customers while taking enforcement action when necessary.
* Support the management of voids and tenancy sign-ups, ensuring safe and timely lettings.
* Monitor communal areas for cleanliness, fire safety, and maintenance.
* Collaborate with the Housing Benefit Team to support timely housing benefit claims and income collection.
* Maintain detailed records of tenancy matters, ASB incidents, complaints, safeguarding issues, and property visits.
* Contribute to service improvement and customer engagement initiatives.

* Be confident working independently, managing their own diary, and prioritising a varied caseload.
* Be comfortable working from Sutton House one day per week.
* Hold or be willing to undertake an enhanced DBS certificate
Desirable:
* Knowledge of tenancy law and housing management good practice.
