Key Responsibilities
* Lead and oversee daily kitchen operations within a school environment
* Prepare and deliver meals in line with nutritional and dietary guidelines
* Ensure full compliance with Food Safety, Health & Safety, and hygiene regulations
* Maintain accurate records and uphold operational standards
* Support a positive, efficient, and well‑organised working environment
* Contribute to a welcoming dining experience for pupils and staff
Essential Requirements
* Proven experience as a Chef or Chef Manager,
* Strong organisational and leadership skills
* Enhanced DBS with update service (or willingness to obtain)
* Food Hygiene Level 2 qualification
* Health & Safety certification (or willingness to obtain)
* Professionalism, reliability, and a proactive approach
* Right to work in the UK
