Registered Manager – Ofsted Children’s Home Location: Chorley, Greater Manchester Service Users: Children aged 7–18 with Emotional & Behavioural Difficulties (EBD) Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday) Salary: £55,000 – £60,000 DOE up to £5,000 performance bonus Annual Leave: 6 weeks statutory bank holidays Sponsorship: Not available ⚠️ Note: Applicants must have experience managing Ofsted-regulated children’s homes. Your Role: Registered Manager You’ll lead the daily operations of the home, ensuring high-quality, child-centred care and compliance with Ofsted regulations. You’ll also foster a positive team culture and champion therapeutic approaches to care.
