Key Responsibilities
* Manage and maintain all project documentation in line with company standards.
* Ensure timely distribution and retrieval of documents across teams and stakeholders.
* Maintain document control systems and ensure compliance with project requirements.
* Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and site teams to support smooth workflows.
* Generate reports and track document status throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements
* Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Document Controller within the construction industry.
* Proficient in Procore document management software (essential).
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
* Excellent communication skills and team collaboration.
