This is a rewarding opportunity to use your technical expertise to make a real difference, supporting national security, enhancing operational readiness, and growing your own career in a dynamic and purpose-driven environment.Duties and Responsibilities:

• Preparing and delivering electrical training sessions using modern teaching methods and technologies.
• Assessing trainee progress through written and practical evaluations.
• Monitoring trainee development and providing feedback, support, and remedial instruction.
• Ensuring safety, compliance, and equipment accountability within the training environment.
• Maintaining and updating course materials to reflect current equipment and standards.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Supervisory experience in a technical or engineering setting.
• Proven experience in a relevant working environment.
• Experience with electromechanical equipment.
• Knowledge of power generation and distribution systems, including single-phase and three-phase systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook.
