YOUR MISSION:
1. Achieve set sales targets annually.
2. Interface with buyers through product presentations, marketing meetings, order management, and develop long-term customer relationships.
3. Forecast regularly to meet budgets and profitability goals.
4. Support seasonal key initiatives within the Key Account plans.
5. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all accounts and understand our competitors.
6. Achieve distribution & growth aligned with DC segmentation.
7. Manage customer order books to ensure timely delivery.
8. Meet all reporting deadlines.
9. Coordinate with internal functions (Customer Service, Credit/Finance) to ensure high service levels and resolve payment issues promptly.
10. Analyze sales and margin performance and take corrective actions as needed.
11. Collaborate with marketing for effective co-marketing activities.
12. Analyze sell-through data to benefit PUMA.
13. Promote and develop PUMA’s brand image.
14. Operate within PUMA’s policies and procedures.
YOUR TALENT:
1. Knowledge of UK Buying groups and the Specialist Running Sector is preferable.
2. Technical product knowledge in Running preferred.
3. Minimum 2 years experience in the UK Sports market, especially in Running.
4. Knowledge of competitors’ products in the Running Industry.
5. Experience with detailed GTM plans covering sales, marketing, and units.
6. Ability to present products effectively highlighting features and benefits.
7. Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
8. Experience handling Senior Key Accounts and E-Commerce platforms.
9. Strong retail math skills.
10. Excellent presentation and verbal communication skills.
11. Strong planning, organizational, and forecasting skills.
12. Proactive, energetic, and results-driven personality.
13. Leadership qualities and entrepreneurial mindset.
14. Customer-focused approach and ability to work independently.
