Project Manager – Office Set-Up (4-Month Contract)
Location: Cardiff, UK (Hybrid – 1 week/month on-site)
Start Date: 2nd September 2025
£350-£400 p/day (Indide IR35)
Duration: Until 31st December 2025 (Possible extension into 2026)
We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the end-to-end set-up of two new international offices – one in Dubai and one in Lithuania. This is a business and IT-focused role, managing the checklist of tasks needed to make each location fully operational.
What you’ll be doing:
* Managing the full project lifecycle – from planning to execution
* Coordinating internal teams, third parties and external vendors
* Ensuring systems, infrastructure and operations are delivered and ready
* Handling budgets, risks, and resources across both office launches
* Working closely with stakeholders across multiple countries
* Following established PMO processes and reporting into senior management
What we’re looking for:
* 3+ years in project delivery, ideally across IT and business change
* Hands-on experience managing set-ups or geo-expansion work
* Strong communicator – able to report clearly and keep stakeholders aligned
* Confident juggling multiple workstreams and priorities
* Comfortable working with tools like Azure DevOps, Confluence and MS Project
* Project Management certification (PRINCE2, PMP etc.) preferred
* Fluent in English. Spanish is a plus
Work setup: Full-time, hybrid. One week per month on-site (Cardiff).
