The business is seeking an experienced Credit Controller to manage a complex ledger and support ongoing system and process improvements. About the Job: Maintaining outstanding credit from customers at agreed and acceptable levels Managing and reducing aged and historical debt Maintaining clean and accurate client records Conducting monthly reconciliations of the Accounts Receivable ledger Managing complex customer queries, including PO issues and disputes Agreeing customer payment plans in conjunction with the Finance Manager Setting up new customer credit accounts in line with agreed policies Working closely with internal teams to resolve billing and payment issues Assisting in the maintenance and improvement of credit control processes and systems Supporting an upcoming system / ERP migration Skills and Experience: Minimum 3 years experience in a credit control role Experience managing Republic of Ireland ledgers Exposure to RCT and/or CIS (highly advantageous) Experience working in a group environment across UK and ROI entities (desirable Experience with system transitions or ERP migrations (desirable) If youd like further information on this opportunity or are ready to take the next step in your finance career, please get in touch with Garry Thomson at HireIQ in complete confidence.
