Join to apply for the Lead Veterinary Nurse role at Animal Trust Vets CIC. Are you a passionate and experienced RVN ready to take the lead? Telford clinic are looking for a Lead RVN to join their team.

As a lead nurse in Telford you will have shared responsibility for the clinic's clinical and financial performance, line manage a team of 2 RVN's, 2 SVN's.

Our Telford clinic is a well-equipped, modern facility featuring one theatre, four consult rooms, a dedicated diagnostic room, and a dental suite. This layout allows our team to deliver high-quality care in a supportive and efficient environment.

Key Role Responsibilities

* Able to carry out all aspects of nursing.
* Actively encourage staff development, mentoring and best practice.
* Be experienced in carrying out 1-2-1 meetings with staff members.
* You will be a clinical coach or want to become a clinical coach with support.
* Have experience in rota management or be keen to develop this skillset.
* Happy to oversee clinic compliance such as Health and Safety and RCVS Practice Standards scheme criteria.
* Oversee stock management within the clinic.
* Carry out regular staff meetings.
* Have good commercial awareness with a tenacity to grow caseload, allowing more pets to access great, but affordable healthcare.


Hours

40 hours

4 day week

Monday - Friday - No weekends
