Location: Weybridge, Surrey
Pay Rate: £15.02 per hour (Equivalent to approximately £29,300 annually)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pm
Work Pattern: Hybrid - 2 days working from home after approximately 2 weeks
Parking: Available on-site

Role Summary
A global organisation and leader in its industry is seeking a Sales Administrator to join on a temporary basis. This role is responsible for managing and supporting a portfolio of client accounts from within the business, ensuring high levels of service, accuracy, and responsiveness.
Key Responsibilities
* Serve as the primary internal liaison for assigned customer accounts
* Process customer details and amendments with accuracy and efficiency
* Working closely with relevant departments
* Ensure client expectations are met
* Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal teams
* Collaborate with Sales, Logistics, and Customer Service teams to resolve any account-related issues
* Maintain and update customer records and communications in CRM systems
* Provide administrative support to Account Managers and Sales Teams as required
Experience
* Previous experience in a customer service, sales support, or account coordination role
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with CRM or ERP systems (e.g. SAP, Salesforce) is desirable
* A proactive, solutions-focused approach with a strong sense of ownership
* Team player who can also work independently
