Key responsibilities:
* Champion brand strategy and ensure consistent storytelling across all channels
* Lead campaign planning, creative execution, and project management from concept to delivery
* Identify fresh opportunities for partnerships, collabs, and growth
* Manage and grow social media presence, including content creation and influencer engagement
* Drive retailer events and marketing activations
* Stay ahead of trends, industry shifts, and cultural moments - feeding insight into brand strategy
* Support operational excellence and cross-functional coordination
Key requirements:
* 5+ years’ marketing experience (agency experience is a big plus)
* Proven social media skills - you know how to engage, grow, and convert audiences on platforms like Instagram and TikTok
* Experience in business development or partnership building
* Strong project management and organisational skills
