What you’ll bring to the position:
* Diploma qualified in financial planning (ideally chartered, or working towards Chartered status).
* Committed to continuous professional development, always keeping your CPD logs and training up to date.
* Proven experience in financial planning—independent, restricted, or corporate—demonstrating your ability to deliver outstanding advice.
* Capacity for new client development and great willingness to self develop in this space as key part of your role in supporting AL’s impressive growth.
* Flexibility and a growth mindset to continuously support AL during high growth nationwide.
* Exceptional integrity and interpersonal communication skills both internally and externally.
* A track record of achieving challenging new client development goals in a regulated environment, with the drive to win and nurture recurring revenue too.
* Confident with back‑office systems and meticulous in your attention to detail.
