About the opportunity:
Due to healthy order books and company expansion, there is a need for a degree-qualified Quantity Surveyor to support the Commercial Manager in the successful financial management of remediation, minor civils, and earthworks projects and tenders. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for managing costs with an end goal of maximising the project margin and ensuring delivery of payment whilst developing future client relationships. You will be involved from tender stage through to project completion and projects will cover a diverse range of civil engineering, earthworks and remediation schemes, throughout the UK, working under various forms of contract such as JCT and NEC.

About the rewards and benefits:
For this permanent opportunity, the salary has been left negotiable as the specifics will depend on previous experience and suitability however successful professionals could expect to target a basic salary anywhere from £60,000 - £70,000. Furthermore, there will be a generous package on offer in addition to the usual benefits associated with a large successful company.
About the requirements:
In order to be considered for this opportunity, professionals will need to be degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or similar. Additionally, professionals must have a minimum of 5 years post graduate experience and this must have been gained whilst working within the brownfield remediation / bulk earthworks industry.
