Role Overview
We are seeking a Head Pastry Chef with strong high-end European pastry experience who is excited by the opportunity to incorporate Indian-inspired flavours into a modern dessert program. You will lead the pastry team, develop seasonal menus, and maintain the highest standards of quality and creativity.

Requirements
• Must have the right to work in the UK
• Proven experience in high-end European pastry

• Michelin experience is a plus but not required
• Passion for exploring new flavour combinations and incorporating elements from other cuisines
