Responsibilities include:
1. Assessing clients' procurement capabilities against best practices, identifying improvements in people, processes, and technology.
2. Developing procurement strategies aligned with business goals.
3. Designing enhancements in procurement capabilities, including operating models, organization redesign, procurement techniques, technology, and processes.
4. Supporting clients in implementing end-to-end procurement improvements, covering business partnering, benefits realization, analytics, category management, sourcing, contract and supplier management, Source to Pay, sustainable procurement, and responsible sourcing.
5. Evaluating insource/outsource options for back- and middle-office and frontline services, including outsourced contracts.
Qualifications and Experience:
1. Experience in designing and delivering solutions within consulting, design, technology services, or industry backgrounds.
2. Exposure to customer-centric front-office transformation programs.
3. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in ambiguous situations.
4. Experience leading workstreams and managing deliverables for clients.
5. Understanding of agile delivery methodologies.
Desirable Skills:
1. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
2. Effective stakeholder management and relationship-building skills at all organizational levels.
3. Experience working with retail and CPG corporate organizations.
4. Technical expertise in experience design principles, methodologies, and tools.
5. Commitment to staying current with trends and best practices in experience design.
