As part of our expansion, we are seeking a dedicated Finance Administrator to join our dynamic team. Position Overview: As a Finance Administrator at Eden Global you will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and timely financial processes, particularly focusing on contractors' pay and time sheets. This position offers an excellent opportunity for an organised and detail-oriented individual to contribute to the smooth operation of our accounts team while supporting our commitment to delivering exceptional service to both clients and contractors. Responsibilities: Contractor Payroll Management: Process and verify contractors' time sheets accurately and efficiently. Payroll Administration: Assist in the preparation and processing of weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly payrolls. Data Entry and Record Keeping: Maintain up-to-date and accurate records of contractors' hours worked, expenses, and other relevant financial data. Invoicing: Generate and issue invoices to clients promptly and accurately. Payment Processing: Handle payments to contractors, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and company policies. Query Resolution: Respond to inquiries from contractors regarding pay, time sheets, and other financial matters in a timely and professional manner. Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements, including tax and labor laws. Reporting: Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements as required by management. Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues in the finance department and other teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency. Ad hoc Tasks: Undertake additional tasks and projects as assigned by the Finance Manager or senior management. Qualifications: Educational Background: A degree or equivalent qualification in finance, accounting, or a related field is preferred but not essential. Experience: Previous experience in finance administration, payroll processing, or a similar role is advantageous. Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping. Organisational Skills: Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritise workload effectively. Communication Skills: Clear and concise communication skills, both verbal and written. Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment. IT Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, and experience with accounting software is desirable. Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Integrity: High level of integrity and discretion when handling sensitive financial information.
