We're looking for a driven, inspiring Northern Area Manager to lead and support four established RUSH salons across Manchester, Nottingham, Leicester and York. We're looking for a Northern Area Manager who is:
* Experienced in multi-site salon management or senior leadership (1+ year)
* Commercially focused with proven success in:
o Growing sales & revenue
o Improving client retention & rebooking
o Managing budgets & KPI performance
* Confident in coaching Salon Managers and developing leadership capability
* Organised, proactive and comfortable travelling between locations
* Passionate about people development, motivation and team culture
* Dedicated to delivering an exceptional client journey across every salon
