JustOT are recruiting for an HCPC registered experienced Occupational Therapist to work with our well-respected client based in Suffolk.
Rate: GBP35 per hour
Working Pattern: 2:3 days office 2 days WFH
Locations
* West: West Suffolk House, Bury St Edmunds
* Ipswich: Endeavour House, Ipswich
* North: Riverside, Lowestoft
Eligibility Requirements
Essential Requirements: HCPC registered, 3 years Social Services Experience
The Tasks Will Include
* Providing safe and timely delivery of front:line occupational therapy services within the directorate
* Supporting with triage and reducing duplication between health and social care to reduce OT waiting lists
* Supporting external care providers to ensure correct and safe moving and handling tasks
* Completing reviews of care packages to ensure best value of services for ASC and best use of available equipment
* Reviewing double handed care packages
* Reviewing waking night
* Reviewing packages of care
Mutual Aid To Other OT Areas As Required
* Provide safe and timely delivery of OT assessments and reviews across the directorate
