Key Responsibilities Preparing detailed suitability reports across pensions, investments, and protection Supporting advisers with technical research and recommendations Conducting product and provider research using industry tools Interpreting client fact-finds and assisting with financial planning strategies Liaising with advisers, administrators, and providers to progress cases efficiently Ensuring all work meets regulatory and compliance standards Contributing to the continuous improvement of paraplanning processes About You Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (or equivalent) P revious experience working as a paraplanner within a financial planning environment Strong technical knowledge across pensions and investments Confident writing high-quality suitability reports Highly organised with excellent attention to detail Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team Candidates working towards Chartered status will be particularly welcomed.
