Programme Lead Orpheus Works

What you will be doing
An exciting opportunity has arisen within OrpheusWorks to become a Programme Lead in a fast growing environment. In this role you will be responsible for enabling delivery through Agile ways of working and programme management fundamentals, working across functions and programmes and managing stakeholders at different levels. The role provides many development opportunities across Demonstrator Programmes, Campaigns and the Portfolio.
Responsibilities
* Facilitating programme delivery through effective Agile rituals and governance
* Ensuring the programme is delivered in an efficient and sustainable manner with clear communication of priorities
* Accountable for clear visibility of progress, risks and delivery (schedule and financial) to both internal and external stakeholders
* Maintaining and providing critical information necessary to make management decisions
* Developing and implementing Project Management best practice as applicable
* Continuously collaborate across the Portfolio for adaptability and engagement
