Your new role
As Finance Director, you support and guide the board in key financial decisions, drive commercial performance and improve efficiencies in the business and manufacturing sites. You will be working on commercial contracts, pricing and tenders. You will take ownership of group consolidations, forecasting, and financial reporting across the business. You'll oversee budgeting and performance analysis, ensuring financial clarity and strategic alignment. You will lead and develop a team.
Your remit will also include tax and treasury management, while playing a key role in commercial decision-making-supporting investments, acquisitions, and new product launches.
You'll work closely with senior stakeholders, including the CEO, and act as a trusted business partner. You'll also manage relationships with auditors, banks, and tax advisors, ensuring compliance and financial integrity.
What you'll need to succeed
You'll be a qualified Accountant Finance Leader (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA) with proven commercial experience in FMCG, retail, or manufacturing.
Your technical expertise will be matched by your strategic mindset and ability to influence at the highest level. You'll be confident leading financial operations and contributing to business growth.
