What We Are Looking For Experience: Previous experience working with children (Schools, Nurseries, Sports Coaching, or Youth Work). Attitude: A proactive, "can-do" mindset and the ability to adapt quickly to new school environments. Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to build quick rapport with students and staff.
