Satis Education are seeking an ambitious and inspirational Assistant Principal (Head of English/ Whole school literacy) for our client school in the Northwest. Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage the English department, ensuring excellent pedagogy and outcomes.
* Drive curriculum planning, sequencing, and delivery.
* Lead departmental intellectual preparation and CPD.
* Play a visible role in whole-school improvement and sit on the Senior Leadership Team.
* Uphold high standards of behaviour, scholarship, and staff development.
