We currently have an opportunity to join our Insurance Schemes broking department, 'Arborisk'.

The successful candidate will be responsible for their own portfolio of clients and tasked with handling any new business enquires, mid-term amendments, renewals and cover queries while providing a high level of service.

The Arborisk team will offer:

* Your own account portfolio to manage and grow.
* A variety of accounts from sole traders to corporate entities with premiums typically ranging from £1,000 to £30,000.
* Ability to tailor a bespoke insurance package, to meet client needs utilising multiple markets.
* Specific sector training with industry led experts to help you understand tree surgery and forestry activities and requirements.
* Key Performance Indicators that are quality lead, we won’t measure your call times!
* Sociable working hours (Mon to Fri 9am till 5pm) – with agile working.

The Role:

* Working within your delegated authority to achieve the best client outcomes.
* Maximise client retention through quality service.
* Monitoring the auto renewal process, pro actively dealing with any renewals that require manual intervention.
* Service existing clients with mid-term adjustment and queries.
* Negotiating with underwriters and insurers.
* Ensuring that the clients needs are identified and met.
* Prospect and generate new business leads.
* Agreed learning plan to encourage personal development and growth.
