Job Title: Electrical Maintenance Engineer

Contract: Permanent, Static 4 on and 4 off (07:00 am : 07:00pm)
Salary: GBP48,000pa

My client is an established FM company looking for a qualified and experienced Electrical maintenance engineer to join a team on a site in London. This is a great role for someone looking to join a company offering lots of progression and training
Benefits will include:
* GBP48,000 basic
* 1 in 4 on call GBP100 pounds and only during the shifts will not be called when you are off
Main Duties will include:
* Perform the repair, maintenance, and installation of electrical systems and associated plant equipment across the campus, ensuring they meet safety standards and statutory compliance.
* Conduct regular inspections and preventative maintenance on electrical systems and related building services, such as HVAC, fire alarm systems, and lifts, to ensure optimal operation.
* Quickly diagnose and resolve electrical faults to minimise downtime, ensuring timely repairs and
* maintaining service continuity.
* Maintain accurate and up:to:date records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment performance, providing clear documentation for management and clients.
* Work collaboratively with colleagues, clients, and contractors to deliver high:quality service and ensure effective communication of engineering and building issues impacting service delivery.
The Ideal candidate will have:
* Level 3 in electrical
* 18th edition
* Experienced with electrical PPMs within building services
