A private equity-backed organisation undergoing significant transformation is seeking a high-calibre Organisational Design Lead / Senior Manager to support its growth and structural evolution. This is hybrid, London based, role reporting into the Organisational Design Director, the successful candidate will work closely with senior stakeholders to shape and deliver organisation-wide design initiatives. The role will be responsible for:
* Leading the design and implementation of scalable, future-fit structures
* Conducting data-driven organisational diagnostics and effectiveness reviews
* Facilitating design workshops and supporting enterprise transformation projects
* Developing business cases with robust cost-benefit and workforce impact analysis
* Ensuring alignment with Reward, Talent, and Workforce Planning functions
Candidates will have proven experience in organisational design or operating model transformation within complex, fast-paced environments—ideally including consulting or PE-backed settings. Key skills and attributes include:
* Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing ability at senior levels
* Commercial acumen and the ability to translate complexity into actionable insight
* Experience working across functions in a matrixed or project-based environment
* Expertise in OD methodologies and tools (e.g. Orgvue)
